Warranty & Complaints
Complaints:
It's always possible that something might not go quite right. We recommend that you report any complaints to us by emailing info@loftmode.nl.
Warranty:
We care about our products and do our best to deliver them in top condition. However, it's possible that a product might break during transport or something else might happen that entitles you to a warranty claim. If the defect falls within the 14-day warranty period, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
We do not offer a guarantee on washed items. If any problems arise after washing your ordered item(s), this is your own responsibility. If you notice a production error or similar defect in your received item(s), please inform us as soon as possible (within 24 hours) after receipt by emailing info@loftmode.nl. Please include photos.
If we haven't heard from you within 24 hours of receipt, we cannot guarantee loops, hooks, loose threads, or pilling in certain fabrics. We also offer no guarantee on buttons, beads, stones/sequins, or shoulder pads.
