Where is my order?

Orders placed on working days before 4:00 PM will be shipped the same day.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the track & trace code, which allows you to see exactly where your order is.

How long is your delivery time?

Our delivery time is 1-2 days, orders placed on working days before 4:00 PM will be shipped the same day.

Is it possible to pick up my order myself?

Yes, the option to collect your order yourself is by appointment only.

I would like to return something.

Our returns page describes exactly how you can return your order.

I have not received a confirmation email or track & trace code.

Unfortunately, it's possible the confirmation email ended up in your spam box. It's also possible you entered your email address incorrectly.

If you haven't received a confirmation email, but the amount has been debited from your bank account, we have received your order and will start processing it.
