If you order before 4:00 PM on weekdays, your order will be shipped the same day.

If you order on weekends or public holidays, we will ship your order the next business day.

Your order may be delivered later than usual. Loft Mode is not responsible for any delays to your package.

The option to collect your order yourself is by appointment only.

Postage costs

The shipping costs for packages in the Netherlands are €5.95. Shipping costs for Belgium are €9.95

When you place an order above the For orders over €50,- within the Netherlands, shipping costs are free.

When you place an order above €75,- euro, the shipping costs are free to Belgium.
