Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt.

We do NOT accept :

• Items returned later than 14 days after receipt.
• Items that are not in their original condition and packaging, including all labels and tags.
• Worn or washed items. (Trying on is not included.)
• Items with strange odors or makeup stains.
• Jewelry and swimwear for hygienic reasons.
• Sale items.

Refund

You will receive a confirmation email within 5 business days of receiving your returned items. The purchase price will be refunded via your original payment method.

This is how I send my package

• Place the items you wish to return in their original packaging, unworn, with the tags attached, in a shipping bag.
• Make sure there is no other sticker or address on your bag.
• Make sure we see who the sender is. Include the return form. You can find the return form HERE.
• Take your return package to a parcel service.
• Return costs are at your own expense.
• Please note: We are not responsible if a return package is not delivered to us or the package is lost.
